Hey everyone, Although I have a facebook, I feel that the deviant community is much kinder and more helpful, and with that said, I am hoping to find advice from my fellow deviants.
Here's a little piece of information that has prompted me to do so:
My dad a long time ago said that when I draw my characters (often girls), they are actually manifestations of what I wish i were to look like. After some thought I realized that he isn't so far away from the truth. What I draw I believe represents aesthetically beautiful women with just as much power of mind and individuality. That being said I feel that sometimes my outer appearence doesn't compliment my insides.
you may not notice, but I am not a size 0. nor a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ...MAYBE if I'm lucky I'm a size 7. It's not my ideal number, because when I was younger and was first brought to Canada I was thin and most of all healthy.
I'm not here to complain but rather to attempt and make a change to my body so I can feel happy.

's models simply astonish me and I feel like with enough consistantcy I can reach that level of ...whatever they have.
What I was hoping to get from you guys is:
Am I allowed to drink a 1.5 suger, and some milk coffee if I'm watching what i eat or am dieting?
Do you know any diets I can follow or restrict myself with?
Any exercise routines that are really helpful I should know about?
Not sure if I came to the right place for this, but I just feel unsatisfied and need someone to help me out!!
